Report a bug, request a feature, or ask a question from the CosmicAC web interface.
Report a bug, request a feature, or ask a question from the CosmicAC web interface. A platform administrator can review every submission, and can choose where CosmicAC delivers it. See Set up feedback delivery.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure that you have the following.
- A running CosmicAC deployment. See Set up CosmicAC.
- Access to the CosmicAC web interface.
Steps
Open the feedback form
In the top-right corner of the navigation bar, click Feedback. The button appears on every page.
Describe the issue
Complete the following fields.
- Category: Bug, Feature request, Performance, Question, or Other.
- Severity: Blocking, Major, or Minor. A Bug or Performance report requires a severity. For other categories, the form turns off this field.
- Summary: a one-line description, up to 120 characters.
- Description: what happened and what you expected, up to 10,240 characters.
- Steps to reproduce: optional, up to 5,120 characters.
- Contact: an optional email address for follow-up.
Review the instance context
Expand Instance context to see what CosmicAC attaches to your report, including the deployment mode, instance name, version, current route, and your user.
Submit the form
To attach recent container logs, leave Send diagnostic bundle selected. Click Submit feedback.
